Mandalevy Designs – Returns & Exchanges
In Mandalevy Designs® we stand behind our products. We make our leather jewelry with the finest finishes and we are sure you’ll love them, but if something is wrong we do accept returns & exchanges.
Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days to contact us about the return and you have 14 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for a full refund. Returns shipped after that period will NOT be eligible for refund. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, shipping costs are nonrefundable. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Once Mandalevy Designs® receives the item and inspect it – we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. Once we approve your return, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Return Instructions: All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Please provide Mandalevy Designs® with the tracking number for your return by email. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return.
Exchanges: We have yet to had an exchange with our leather jewelry and we been in business for a long time. However, we gladly accept returns. However, you will have to ship the item in original condition within 14-days and pay for the return delivery from your pocket. Shipping costs are not refundable. In addition you’ll have to pay us $8 in shipping and handling fee. Once Mandalevy Designs® done inspecting and approving your return, we will then send you the other item you want in exchange.
Cryptocurrency Payments: As of cryptocurrency volatile exchange rate, payments made with Bitcoin/Litecoin/Ethereum will not be eligible for refunds. However, exchanges are eligible.
If there is a problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately! We always reply in the same day, usually within a few hours on less.
